PURPOSE:

The overall purpose of Goshen TSNY Health fair is to share our knowledge, increase the awareness of our customers by encouraging and educating them on how to take care of their bodies to maintain/promote a healthy living.

 Strategies:

Goshen TSNY conducts its Health Fair and wellness education annually in our physical location, first weekend of July.

Time 8:30 am – 4pm EST

Health Fair Activities

–Blood Sugar Screening

-Blood Pressure Checking

-Blood Cholesterol Screening

-Weight Measurement

-Body Mass Measurement

Follow-up Care: Those who participated physically in our physical location will be given a Note to follow-up with their primary Physician or Nurse Practitioner as indicated
